Charles Rodmell (Fryth 92)

I was captain of the cross country team in 1991-92 and people always wondered why I was running around. Well, since then I’ve raced for Adidas and Red Bull, won a few races and generally had a lot of fun. I’ve also founded runningversity.com so if you would like help with your running please get in touch. (2022)
