Sport is a great way for OS to socialise and stay in touch. New members are welcome to join any of the sport clubs and teams, or take part in matches.

Cricket

Pete Kino Memorial Match

This is an annual match between OS and Orbillians (staff), in memory of former teacher Pete Kino. It is a very sociable and fun event on a Friday evening in summer, at Solefields.

The next match is on Friday 13 June 2025.

The annual cricket match and BBQ will be on Sunday 22 June 2025 at Sevenoaks School.

Sennocke Cricket Club

We are an amateur team in the Kent Village League comprised mainly of OS. We play in the beautiful surroundings of Knole Park on Saturday afternoons and welcome new members. Upcoming fixtures are listed on our website.

Five-a-side Tournament

This annual event has become a regular feature in the OS calendar. Teams compete in a futsal tournament in the Sennocke Centre, followed by refreshments. New players and spectators are welcome.

The next tournament is on Saturday 22 March 2025.

Golf Society - OSGS

We hold sociable golf days for players of all ages and abilities at clubs in Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

Our upcoming fixtures for 2025 are:

Monday 28 April, Sweetwoods. Breakfast and golf.
Monday 16 June, Crowborough Beacon. Breakfast and golf.
Wednesday 9 July, Littlestone. Friendly v Old Alleynians, 11am.
Monday 18 August, Wrotham Heath. Breakfast and golf.
Monday 15 September, Hever. Breakfast and golf.
Friday 10 October, Piltdown. Sandwich lunch and golf.

Netball

The Old Sennockians Netball Club plays in the Go Mammoth League. We won the league final in 2024!

Rugby

The Old Guard

The Old Guard compete in national and international tournaments. In 2024 we took part in the Budapest 7s, and always welcome newcomers and returners to the squad.

Touch Rugby Tournament

The tournament is hosted annually in September at Duke’s Meadow.

Sailing

Cornah Cup

In 2023, we launched the Cornah Cup regatta at Bough Beech Sailing Club, to mark Andy Cornah’s 14 years as Head of Sailing. The regatta consists of mixed pairs racing with OS and students, followed by a BBQ.

The next regatta will be on Saturday 21 June 2025. If you would like to take part please contact Head of Sailing, Rich Sheridan.
